For what type of financing can you contact MIP?
MIP aims to stimulate closed material and process cycles according to the Cradle to Cradle philosophy and technologies for smart energy supply. For that purpose, MIP offers two challenging funding programmes.
Programme 1 focalizes on interdisciplinary cooperative research. Research institutions are fully funded by MIP for carrying out research on the demand of the business. In order to guarantee the demand-driven aspect of the project, all involved industrial partners need to provide at least an equivalent package of financial resources in the project.
In Programme 2 a cluster of industrial partners can apply for a feasibility study. By means of feasibility studies MIP aims to force the necessary breakthrough for the transition to a green economy. All aspects are discussed within a feasibility study, with particular attention to the legal aspect. It goes without saying that the involvement of regulatory authorities is crucial.
